Over 79% of US adults utilize some form of social media. In today's society many people use social media to share life events with others and to store life events in one place. Many of these individuals do not have their profiles set on private and as a result are providing public information to the world wide web. As investigators, we use this public information to assist us during our investigations. Our team of social media investigators are experienced in finding information that the average joe would not be able to find.
During a social media investigation, it is important to focus on the events surrounding a claimant’s date of injury. If the claimant cannot be found on social media their family members and friends often can be. Our investigators always cross their T’s and dot their I’s to assure nothing is overlooked.
