The purpose of an AOE-COE investigation is to establish whether a claimant’s alleged injury did in fact occur during the course of employment or outside the course of their employment. AOE-COE investigations are essential during the early stages of an industrial injury claim.
Our investigators are trained to follow up on leads discovered during the course of an investigation, which often times leads to additional useful information to assist in the claims process.
Our AOE-COE investigators will identify subrogation issues whenever applicable.
